She was born in Sassari on 2 July 1974 and trained at the Academy of Fine Arts in Palermo and Rome.
After dancing with Cinzia Cona’s company (Palermo) and collaborating with the international company Studio Festi in Milan, in 2011 she decided to devote herself definitively to
painting.
Her experimentation moves through a continuous search for balance between bodies and poses, between forces and thrusts.
The Mediterranean, which runs through her veins, pours impressively into many of her canvases, whose protagonists are mainly women and children.
In representing her subjects, the artist does not stop at the purely aesthetic aspect but wishes to capture an inner state.
Her is a careful and investigative study of the motions of the soul and how they can be made explicit through our bodies.
The gestures of her protagonists, from the tension of the muscles, to the swollen veins, to the contracted face, manifest intense emotions such as anger, fear, joy and love.
